• Attachments — RFQ, drawings, specification sheets, capability profiles or company references you choose to upload.
• Technical metadata — timestamp of submission, page the form was submitted from, coarse user-agent string and a hashed submission identifier used for abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

The information is used only to review and respond to your commercial inquiry, evaluate potential business relationships and maintain an internal record of our correspondence. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.

Attachments and storage

Files uploaded through inquiry forms are stored in a private, access-controlled storage location and are visible only to authorised MET ASIA Group personnel reviewing your inquiry.
